Funeral services for Mrs. Myrtle McNeil, 82 of West Monroe, LA will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, September 27, 2006 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel West Monroe, LA, with Rev. Larry Emory officiating. Interment will follow at Meridian Cemetery near Marion, LA, under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA. Myrtle was born June 7, 1924 in Marion, LA she went to be with God on September 24, 2006 in East Baton Rouge, LA. Myrtle had lived in West Monroe prior to moving to Baton Rouge, her life touched many, especially children, because she ran a day care on Smith Street. She is survived by a son, Raymond McNeil, daughter, Ann McNeil Malina, 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, 1 brother, 3 sisters, numerous nieces and nephews and many friends. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 26, 2006 Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.
