Funeral services for Therese Brown, 62, of Ruston, will be held at 10:00 A.M., Monday, August 1, 2022 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston. Rev. Greg Tipton will officiate. Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M., Sunday July 31, 2022 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home.

Therese was born on August 4, 1959 in Marion, Louisiana and passed away on July 26, 2022 in Ruston, Louisiana. She was a member of Mineral Springs Baptist Church. Therese worked at Griffs, Harvest Food, Wal-Mart, and most recently with Super 1 for 14+ years.

Therese is survived by husband, Noel L. Brown; daughter, Connie Givens and husband, Trent; and their children, Stormy Givens, Marina Givens, and Trenton Givens; daughter-in-law, T. J. Smith and husband Keith, and their children Tessa Smith, and Tucker Smith; brother, Mike Gilmore; nephews, James Cage and Michael Wayne Gilmore; a host of other cherished family and friends.
