A beautiful person inside and out. She had this great expression in her eyes, like she had just heard the best joke. She'll be missed by a lot of people. Adieu, Pam.

Pam was one of the most dedicated people I knew. She loved teaching and being principal and from reading the other condolences she touched the lives of many. One of the things we enjoyed most was hanging out on the patio with her and Dave and friends. We solved many of the world problems there and some we just had another glass of wine in hopes that they would solve themselves or go away. She and Dave always made people feel welcome and loved in their home and on the patio:) Talented, kind, helpful, funny, creative, caring, devoted, and always putting someones needs ahead of her own. I will never forget her and she will be greatly missed!!!

I am so sorry to hear of Mrs. Smith's passing. Mrs. Smith was my first grade teacher and I loved her as she was my favorite teacher over the years. I am 40 years old now & am majoring in Elementary Education. I hope that I can be as wonderful a teacher & touch the lives of students as she did. God Bless you all in this time of loss and may she rest in peace.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

I was honored to work for Mrs .Smith for 10 years at Jack Hayes . I always admired her for her ability to remain calm in all situations . Mrs. Smith always had a way of seeing the best in every child . Through her I learned that life is too short to live in worry and turmoil . She was not only a great educator but a wonderful woman full of wisdom . The advice she gave me over the years not only for school children , but for my own , will ways remain a part of me . My prayers are with all of you during this time .

My family and I were fortunate to have known Pam. She was a wonderful assistant principal and principal during the time that our children went to school at Jack Hayes. I also got to know Pam through my term as a school board member representing Jack Hayes. It didn't matter what situation Pam faced she always handled it with integrity and grace. I feel blessed to have known her and her family.
