We are so sad to hear of Joye's death. She was my mother's neighbor for years and was a great friend and wonderful person. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. Mary Jon & Jimmy Lieux

To my dear friend Joye and her family, I am so grateful to have had you in my life. You were a bright light, full of joy and encouragement, even in those days when you were facing your own trials. God provided you not only a personality beyond compare but also a godly wisdom that you openly shared with me and those around you. When I left your presence, I always came away feeling uplifted and a better person than when we met. Oh, how I will miss you, Joye, but I know how much more joy you are experiencing now that you are with Troy and your heavenly Father. I look forward to seeing you again one day, my friend, and we will laugh just like we did on earth, but even more so; and we will praise Jesus at His feet. Till then, enjoy the mansion God has prepared for you and Troy. I will always love you. Sheryl and Ken

I loved Joye...she was an inspiration to me after Billy Floyd died...I found out that she picked up pecans behind Kilpatrick's, so I carried her some picked out pecans after she moved from town...she was very glad to get them so she could do some baking for her grandkids. Her talent for painting couldn't be matched by anyone...and so was her love for people...she was a beautiful lady!!
