Funeral services for Dinah Ward LaCaze will be at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at First United Methodist Church, West Monroe. Rev. Jon Tellifero will officiate. Interment will be held at 2:00 P.M. at Memory Lawn Cemetery in Natchitoches, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home.Dinah was born August 23, 1953 in Natchitoches, LA and passed away after a brief illness on June 19, 2015. She was a custodian and a member of First United Methodist Church of West Monroe. She is preceded in death by her mother, Virginia C. Ward; brother, Willis F. Ward, Jr. and nephew, Leham Ward.Dinah is survived by her husband, Wesley M. LaCaze, Jr.; father, Willis F. Ward; sisters, Carol W. Maxey of Minden, Mary W. Wallin and husband, Gary of Round Rock, TX, and Lee Ann W. Stapleton of Bernice; brother, Robert O. Ward of West Monroe; niece, Patricia Lynn Maxey; nephews, Brandon Hunt, Matthew Pirkey, John Pirkey, and Randy Ward.Visitation will be Tuesday, June 23, 2015 from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service.Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of West Monroe children ministries.
