Interment will follow at Riverview Cemetery in Monroe.Billie was born on November 2, 1925 in Farmerville and passed away July 18, 2015 in Monroe. He was a retired maintenance worker in the medical field.Billie is survived by his wife, Betty Doris McDougle; two children, Jennifer Lynn Parker and husband Alvin and Billie McDougle, Jr and wife Jackie; sister, Patty Ramsey; seven grandchildren, Alvin DeWayne Parker, Toni Eppinette, Jimmy Don Parker, Jennifer Renee Skeen, Ashlee Boyd, Trey McDougle and Addison McDougle; fourteen great-grandchildren.
