I remember Mrs. Wagnon so well when I was growing up in Temple Baptist Church. My mom and dad, Opal and Hollis Hearne also thought so much of her. Blessings to your family......God has an angel in Heaven!!

I always thought very highly of Mr. Jim and Mrs. Millie. They were always fun to talk to. I saw Mr. Jim frequently at the Post Office and he always wanted to talk about family and my work. Millie was close to my mother and I remember her taking me to swimming lessons and being around a great deal in my youth. When Larae and I went to get our marriage license, she insisted on being the one to issue it and made a big deal out of it. Jay and Kathy, I know it must be tough to lose both parents so close together but take comfort in the positive influence they had on so many people.

Mrs. Millie was a very sweet lady. She always reminded me of my Mother Bettye Windham Martin..and that is a great compliment. I knew Mrs. Millie all my life and until I was a teenager didn't realize she was my Mother's cousin.... Over the last few years our regular meeting place was "Peking" on Saturdays for lunch and we would visit and catch up... I will miss our visits....

Mrs. Millie was in good spirits till the end. Even after Mr. Jim passed away she always had that uplifting attitude about her. She and Mr. Jim will be missed.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

My prayers are with the family at this difficult time. C.O. and I visited several times through the years, and I remember how much she loved her children, and how she embraced life. Celebrate her life and honor her memory as the days go by. God Bless--------------

I am so sorry to hear about Millie's passing. I knew her for many years when she worked in the Clerk's Office. She was always such a sweet, bright and cheerful lady. She always had a smile on her face. She will be missed by all who knew her. Praying God will comfort and give you all strength during this time of sorrow and in the days ahead.
