Graveside services for Millard Baker Evans will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Mars Hill Cemetery, Downsville, Louisiana under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.

Millard was a loving father, husband, and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents George and Lena Evans; wife Yvonne Taylor Evans; sister Mary Jane Roppolo. He worked as an oil and gas accountant and enjoyed many years of retirement traveling, square dancing, golfing and spending time with friends and family. And especially his church. He was raised Baptist attended Methodist Church with his wife and son and was active for many years at Grace Presbyterian Church in Houston where he sang in the choir and was involved in other help ministries of the church. The highlight of his retirement travels was their trip to Israel.

Millard is survived by his son David Alan Evans and his wife Elvira; grandchildren Adriana Evans Stroh, Svetlana Cotter, Daniel J. Evans and Elijah S. Evans; great-grandson Peyton B Warren; nieces and nephews; Kimberly Roppolo, Carla Roppolo and Carlo Roppolo.
