Prayers and blessings to Laverne and family. Dr. Bodron was a fine man, a gentleman and a great doctor. This community was blessed to have had him practicing, taking care of our children for so many years. Regret that he won't be here to see his beloved "tigers" play for the National Championship.

Dr Bodron was my mother’s treasured friend and trusted colleague. I speak for my entire family to say that we all loved him for what he was to her. He was a true physician whose concern for the welfare of his patients was his utmost priority. He leaves a legacy of excellent medical care for many generations of us in our area. I am certain Dr Fichter was waiting for him in heaven.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

Dr. Bodron was my pediatrician from the time I was a newborn to when I left for college. He was THE BEST! I will always remember his energy, enthusiasm, quick intellect, and his black boots that he always seemed to wear in the office. I'm so glad I got to see him at BDCC about 5 years ago when I was home visiting my mom for Mother's Day; he was able to meet and hold my baby daughter who was about 9 months old at the time. He fought the good fight, he finished the race and had great faith. I will always remember him fondly. Prayers and hugs to you during this time. Love, Catherine Coates Walts

Wonderful doctor! Carried our son out of the operating room when he was born in 1973, and was his doctor till he was too old to see him. Treated my nephews and niece, we all loved Dr. Bodron. Correctly Diagnosed my niece’s rheumatoid arthritis when the “specialists” were saying she didn’t have it. My condolences to your family for the loss of this wonderful man.

Dr Bodron was always considered a fine pediatrician. I remember a funny tale about him that I wanted to share with his family... Dr Bodron was on call one night when I called him about my screaming 4year old Allie with a terrible ear infection. He said, “AMY, you know you could have prevented all this if you would have put a combo solution of alcohol and vinegar in her ears every time she had water near her ears!” I said, “ yes sir, I know!” Ha. He was a straight forward doc, who loved his babies and treated them always, like they were his!!! Great old schooled DOC!!! May your family have comfort during this time and also proudness having a father like him!

Dr. Bodron was my son’s Pediatrician from the time he was born in 1998 until he retired. He was an “old school” doctor who still believed in treating with antibiotics. Dr. Bodron was always smiling and very nice to me and my son! He was a kind, nice, loving doctor. He will be missed!
Marie Long left a message on January 8, 2020:
Dr. Bodron was such and kind, patient, and knowledgeable physician. He was my three sons pediatrician from birth until his retirement, or until age prevented them from seeing him. I most remember many times in his office, if I was having trouble understanding his diagnosis, he would retrieve his medical books and show me pictures, so I could better understand. Condolences and prayers to his family. He was truly a great man and doctor.

I was Dr. Bodron’s patient from the early 70’s until 1987. He always made me feel so comfortable with his true concern for me as a patient. I remember in 1987 when he told me that I had to see a grown up doctor and I was terrified. Dr Bodron always made me better and spoke directly to me asking me how I felt. He explained things to me which let me know that I would be taken care of. I will always remember his compassion and his smile. He will be missed. Prayers for you Mrs. Lavarne and all of the family.

I am very saddened of the loss of Dr. Bodron.. he was a wonderful doctor. He took care of my oldest daughter as soon as she was born. He directed me to all the necessary doctors to help my babygirl have a normal life. She would not be where she is today if it wasn't for him. I have spent countless days, hours and years with him, as she stayed in the hospital quite often. On our last visit with him in 2010 before he retired I took a picture of him and my daughter. He made a huge impact on her life and mine. I will be forever grateful for him, Dr. Stanley and Dr. Ricks. I will be praying for peace and comfort for his family. He will always be in our hearts.
