Funeral services for Mrs. Mildred Bernice Hoffman Degeyter, 73, of West Monroe, will be on Tuesday, August 1, 2006, at 10:00AM in the chapel of the Kilpatrick Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Hibbard officiating. Interment will follow in the Luna Methodist Church Cemetery under the direction of the Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe. Mrs. Degeyter was born December 13, 1932, in Tallulah, LA, and passed away, Saturday, July 29, 2006, in West Monroe, LA. A loving and dedicated mother and grandmother, Mrs. Degeyter was a homemaker. She is survived by her daughters, Brenda Sue Naron and husband, Johnny, Deborah Cooper, and Tereasa Clay and husband, Vernon; her sons, James Ricky Richard and wife, Sandra, Philip G. Richard and wife, Laura, and Charles Carroll and wife, Ellen; stepsons, Billy and Ivan Degeyter; eleven granddaughters, six grandsons, and 23 great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
