Funeral services for Michael Wayne Osbon, 67, will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, April 3, 2025 at Palestine Baptist Church in Columbia, Louisiana. Interment will follow at Palestine Baptist Church Cemetery under the care and direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Homes, West Monroe. Michael was born on January 8, 1958 in West Monroe and passed away on March 31, 2025 at his home in Columbia surrounded by family. Michael was a machine operator at Bancroft Bag for over 43 years. He is also a member of Palestine Baptist Church, Columbia. Michael loved to hunt and fish and enjoyed drinking coffee and visiting with his best friend, Terry Hall. Michael is preceded in death by his wife, Laurie Osbon; and parents, Clifford and Katherine Osbon.
Michael is survived by his sons, Ethan Osbon, Jonathan Osbon and his fiancé Anna Dozier; brothers, Richard Osbon, Ray Osbon and his wife Judy, Clifford Osbon, Jr.; sister, Debra Hill and her husband Gene; and mother-in-law, Faye Clark; along with other extended family and friends.
Serving as pallbearers will be Dewayne Purvis, Heath Osbon, Chris Hill, Chad Hill, Jason Blazier, Dylan Blazier and Bradley Osbon.
