What a remarkable man. Rita and I have known him for many many years. He was a tremendous example of Christianity and faithfulness to God. No stranger to difficulty however those obstacles never fractured his Faith. Mike lived his life with a higher purpose in mind just as The Apostle Paul would say now; I have fought a good fight I have finished his course, I have kept the faith henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness ....... 2Tim 4:7. We are praying earnestly for the family in this difficult time. May the the strength of the Lord be with you.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

What an incredible human being! I have known him all of his life. If you were looking for an example to follow, Michael was it. He was so intelligent, talented, and humble. Michael was always friendly. He loved God and served him all the days of his life. We played together as children and he grew into an outstanding man. He endured many struggles, physically and emotionally. He lived for "that day." Now he's in the Lord's presence, with Keith, Uncle John and Aunt Margie, Grandma and Grandpa Hanes, Billy Donovan, and Grandpa and Grandma Parker. It's worth it to serve Jesus. I got to be at Mike and Linda's wedding--one truly made in Heaven and faithfully lived out on earth. Great children and grandchildren from this union. I am honored to be Michael's cousin. I cherish every time we got to be together...and we'll meet again--soon.

I have only known Mike for a few years. He was not only a good man, he was a good Christian man. He was a rock for his family. Always fair, kind, and steadfast. He raised the son that loves my daughter and did an exceptional job of it. He will be greatly missed. But only for a short time until we see him again.
