Max was born on January 23, 1937 in Baskin, Louisiana and passed away on September 4, 2020 in West Monroe, Louisiana. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, who had a heart of gold and was always eager to lend a hand. Max worked hard and was a service tech for AC/Heat company. He is preceded in death by his parents, Grover and Fannie Quimby; four sisters, Katherine Herron, Opal Jean Lindsey, Faye Stansell, Nan Dutton.
Max is survived by his brother, Jerry Quimby and wife, Linda; three sisters, Maxine Griffin and husband Joe, Linda Ringo and husband Marvin, Gail Moore and husband Lonnie; a very dear friend, Steve Graves; a host of nieces and nephews and many other cherished family and friends.
