Funeral services for Mavis Hancock Hutto will be at 10:00 A.M on Monday, July 4, 2016 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, Monroe. Rev. William Smith, pastor at Lakeshore Baptist Church, will officiate. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park.Mrs. Hutto was born on January 13, 1927 in Sikes, LA and passed away on July 2, 2016 in Monroe, LA. She was a bookkeeper and a lifelong member at Lakeshore Baptist Church. Mavis is preceded in death by her husband, James Arnold Hutto; parents, Farris and Zella Hancock; sisters, Lillie Mae Blackstock and Carolyn Swink.Mrs. Hutto is survived by daughters, Joan McPherson and husband James David of Monroe, LA and Betty Price of Denham Springs, LA; sons, Lonnie Hutto and wife Debbie of Monroe, LA and Max Hutto and wife Patty of Monroe, LA; grandchildren, Ross McPherson and wife Edith, Susan Curry and husband Joey, Tammy Davis and husband Chris, Brad Price and wife Hollie, Amy Sawyer and husband Michael, Allison Carrao and husband Michael, Kim Holley and husband Todd, Chris Hutto and wife Amy, Connie White and husband Chris, Anna Hutto, and Daniel Hutto; eleven great-grandchildren.Pallbearers will be Brad Price, Chris Hutto, Daniel Hutto, Chris Davis, Michael Sawyer, Michael Carrao, Chris White, Todd Holley and Joey Curry.Memorials may be made to Lakeshore Baptist Church, 308 Lakeshore Drive, Monroe, LA 71203.Visitation will be 9:00 A.M. until 10:00 A.M. on Monday, July 4, 2016 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, Monroe.Online condolences may be made to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.com.
