Funeral services for Mary Elizabeth Brockner 82 of Monroe, LA will be held Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe with Bro. Ricky Baker officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 9:00 AM until service time.

Liz was born July 15, 1938 in Waverly, LA and passed away December 21, 2020 in Monroe. She was preceded in death by her parents; Mike and Vella Cathey; son John David “Frostie” Day; siblings; Peggy Pringle, Ann Avlos, Mike Cathey and Pat Cathey. Liz was a member of Grace Baptist Church, Monroe, LA.

Liz is survived by her children; Ricky Harrell, Margaret Gilbert and husband Eugene and Lisa Meadows and husband Allen; 7 grandchildren; Jon-Henry, Slade, Ezra, Eli, Angela, Crystal and Joshua; 5 great-grandchildren John David, Emily, Allison, Marley and Maizy; sister Evone Clower.

Pallbearers will be Ricky Harrell, Eugene Gilbert, Ronnie Lewis, Bill Dombrowski, Josh Gilbert and Jac’Ques Briggs, Sr.
