Graveside services for Mary Ann Funderburk Odom McHan, 78, of West Monroe, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Homes ~ West Monroe.
Mary Ann was born on May 4, 1944, in West Monroe, Louisiana and passed from this life suddenly on February 3, 2023 in West Monroe, Louisiana.
Mary Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Francis T. Odom; daughter, Lisa Ann Odom Teasley; granddaughter, Lexi Blake Allen; parents, Garrett and Rita Funderburk; her siblings, Rosemary Funderburk Tharpe and Dannie Funderburk.
Left behind to cherish her memories are her children, Michael Thomas Odom, Susan Renee Odom, and Mary Dee Peters; grandchildren, Brandi Blazier (William), Lacey Smith, Travis Primm, Dakota Carter, Garrett Peters (Alicia), Grace Peters, Kody Farmer, Thomas Odom, Megan Allen (Josh), and Whitney Odom Kovacs (Jeff); great-grandchildren, Madeline Lewis (Ryan), Tiffany Snow, William Blazier Jr, Abigail Blazier, Trevor Smith, Hunter Smith, Brantley Smith, Avery Primm, Alivea Primm, Eli Primm, Cambryn Allen, Keegan Allen, Owen Kovacs, and Ava Kovacs; great-great-grandchildren, Adeline and Asher Lewis; nieces and nephews, Julie Garza, Randy Tharpe, Traci Barlow, Melanie Bottoms, Paige White, Woody Funderburk, Joni Odom Watts; great-nieces and -nephews, Jami Jeffcoat, Ashley Sumrall, Chad Redfern, Ricki Redfern, Chris Redfern, Ammi Garza-Guerra, Staci Garza, Ernesto Garza, Angie Garza-Pedraza, Joni Garza-Garcia, T J Jeffcoat, Garrett Tharpe, Sarah Tharpe, Timothy White, Amelia Funderburk Simon, Ethan Bottoms, Jessica Bottoms, Alyssa Bottoms; John Peters and Oscar Teasley who spent many years as her sons-in-law; Sherry Robert, and many other special friends and family.
Pallbearers will be Michael Odom, Garrett Peters, Will Blazier, Will Blazier, Jr., Trevor Smith, Kody Farmer, Thomas Odom and Lance Clampit.
Mary Ann was the epitome of style, grace, and glamour. She loved to go shopping, get pedicures,and spend time with her family – especially her grandchildren. She loved Betty White, Conway Twitty, Elvis Presley, and anything leopard print. She enjoyed her morning coffee and apple fritters, and trips to the hair salon. You could always expect a call on your Birthday and the funniest Birthday Card she could find. She was always there to listen to your problems and tell you not to worry because it will all work out.
