Visitation for Mark Coronado will be held from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Sunday, August 25, 2024, at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe, Louisiana.

Mark Coronado was born on May 22, 1951, in Monroe, Louisiana and passed away on August 22, 2024, in West Monroe, Louisiana.  Mark was a great husband, father and grandfather.  He was a hard worker and always willing to help anyone in need.  Mark always liked to joke.  He was hard headed and stubborn, but he was also very kind and loving.  Everyone called him “Dad” or “Pops”.  He loved all kinds of animals and would have taken in every stray if he had room.  Everyone always said they would like to come live with him as an animal, because of the love he had for them.  Mark had a special cat that would talk to him and sit on his arm on the couch and always kept him company.  He will truly be missed by all that knew him.  Mark was preceded in death by his father, Isaac Coronado; and brother, Mike Coronado.

Mark is survived by his wife, Diane Coronado; son, Dale Coronado and daughter-in-law, Tabetha Coronado; grandchildren, Skyy Coronado and Jesse Coronado; and mother, Dorothy Coronado; along with other cherished family and friends.
