Mark Edward Campbell, 61 of Farmerville, Louisiana passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2020.

Mark was retired from Transocean after a long career traveling the world in the oil business. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed spending time on his ranch. Mark is preceded in death by his parents; Bettye Ford Campbell and Emmett Campbell.

Mark is survived by his son, Cooper Mark Campbell (whom Mark loved and was so proud of); sisters, Kathy Bearden, Bonnie Franklin, Jane Campbell and Beth Dawley along with many nieces, nephews and other cherished family and friends.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Farmerville, LA.

I have been reading the kind comments left about my Mark. He is my brother & I love him with all my heart. Mark has 4 sisters that love him & are already missing him. ??? I wish I could give him a big hug right now.

Mark was truly an honorable man, with no hesitation in helping a man in need. MG Hulme crew will miss a Rig Manager who guided his crew on the right path and who also enjoyed some good social banter with his crews during crew changes. So long Mark, until we meet again!

Words cannot express the loss I feel. Mark is like a brother to me. We all grew up together almost from birth. We were neighbors from a very young age and were together until we left home. Mark left his earthly home with a piece of my heart. I will always remember him and the all the mischief he and my brother got into, everyday..., yeah everyday. I am blessed to have the friendship of his sisters who I will cherish alongside my memories of Mark. Heaven gained an angel. Rest in Peace, Mark. I love you.
