Dear Family, the last time I was with Marguerite was at the funeral of my uncle, Wheeler Mitchell, Jr. My father, Cason and mother, Ruby, were always fond of Marguerite. My grandmother, Docia always had very nice stories of Uncle Will. I still can remember Uncle Will and my grandfather Joe talking in the aisles of the store across from Mitchell Lane. Anne & I shared some of the stories with the Culpeppers in Beaumont, TX last year. Please accept my sorrow at your loss. The next time I'm in LA, I will try to contact Henson, Jr. Jim Mitchell

We will all miss such a lovely person. I enjoyed knowing Mrs. Coon during all my years as a friend of Margurite C. Carbrey her granddaughter. I spent many Sundays and Holidays at the family farm playing cards and enoying delicious meals with Mrs. Coon and all her family. God Bless her family and friends as we celebrate her homecoming with our Lord.
