She was the sweetest lady I've ever met. Always very kind. I met her when Mark and I were in elementary school. She was always funny and caring; and always a lady. Prayers for the family and the angel who got her wings.

If it was ever humanly possible for one to convey how saddened he is for the loss of a timeless, beautiful soul -- your Marga (my "2nd Mother") -- it wouldn't be me during this sad time in the Lockard/Massey Family. Marga was a work of timeless beauty. She meant so many things to so many folks whose lives she touched during her life's myriad of journeys and adventures (including this writer's world). She was elegant, brave, resilient, caring-to-a-fault, loving, kind, gracious, loyal, intelligent, and patriotic. Marine Corps wives are like that. The nicest part of describing my "2nd Mom" is that I don't have to "embellish" or "make up nice things" to say about her. She was the (real) genuine article -- a rare, gorgeous and loving bird whose flights in this life were breathtaking and remarkable. May God, in His infinite grace and love, provide the entire family of loved ones with the peace of heart and the reassurance of His promises kept at the Cross. No doubt, Marga is smiling in all of her radiant beauty from one of Heaven's portals. Meanwhile, down here, I am crying along with you all. I can't (even) see to type.

I have known Marga as a friend, (MamaLock) and previous mother-in-love. We spent many hours playing Canasta together, a trip to Disney and a snow-skiing trip that ended badly for her, (broken tail-bone). We even attempted to teach her how to water ski. She was so much fun and and was always a sport at whatever we were trying to get her to do. Marga was also smart, savvy, kind, loving and loyal and a little sassy. You will be missed by many friends and all of your family. My heart is sad to know you are not here, but my heart is thrilled to know you are in heaven today. Love ----Cathy Rogers
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.
