Lynette was born April 4, 1942 in Ouachita Parish, LA and passed away January 3, 2022 in West Monroe. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Carolyn Welch.
Lynette is survived by her husband Paul H. Tidwell; son Ted H. Tidwell and wife Leigh; daughter Paula L. Tidwell; grandchildren Jacob Tidwell, Logan Tidwell, Ashley Pace and Tyler Frost; great-granddaughter Kaylee Pace.
