Funeral services for Lori N. Griffin, 49, of Ruston, LA will be at 10:00 AM on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at the First Baptist Church in Ruston, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston. Rev. Jeff May, Deacon David Caston, and Rev. Chris Craig will officiate. Interment will follow at Culbertson Cemetery in Farmerville, LA. Visitation will be from 4:00-7:30 PM on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston, LA.Lori was a member of First Baptist Church in Ruston. She was preceded in death by her mother, Annie Laura Netherland and her sister, Nancy Barmore. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Shane Griffin of Ruston; children: Justin Caviness and wife, Melissa, of Columbia, LA; Ashley Maxwell and husband, Jeff, of Sterlington, LA, son, Garrick Griffin of Ruston, and step daughter, Selena Himel and husband, Bart, of St. Amant, LA; father, Harvey Netherland of Farmerville, LA; grandchildren: Leah, Luke, Jackson, Jace, Dossen, Avery, Gabrielle, and Lily Caviness; sister, Stephanie Howard and husband, Dennis of Calhoun, LA; and numerous nieces and nephews.Pallbearers will be Steven Taylor, Chris Taylor, Cody Williams, Caleb Williams, Eric Cripps, and Phillip Thomas.Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.Online condolences may be made to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.com.
