A Memorial Visitation for Loretta Webb Vermillion, loving mother and grandmother, will be held on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 (5p.m. till 8p.m.) in the Fellowship Hall at the Farmerville United Methodist Church. Mrs. Vermillion, 87, of Farmerville, passed away on Friday, September 14, 2018. Loretta, originally from Kentucky, lived in Virginia for many years before retiring to Louisiana with her daughter, Rita and son-in-law John Loynes. She was passionate about her family, her dogs, bird watching and quilt making. Loretta was a southern lady who loved to visit with and feed all who entered her doorway. New to Louisiana, she enjoyed tremendously her relaxed golden years on Lake D'Arbonne fishing and bird watching. She was preceded in death by: Her parents, John M. Webb and Vesta Mullins Webb; four brothers, Arnold Webb, John M.(Johnny) Webb, Willy (Bill) Webb and Harry L. Webb. Mrs. Vermillion is survived by: daughter, Rita K. Vermillion Loynes (John); son, Billy R. Vermillion (Martha); daughter, Betty S. Vermillion Marshall (Jimmie); daughter, Dolly A. Masoner (Wayne) — Nine grandchildren; Russell L. Loynes, Richard S. (Rick) Loynes, wife Kelly; Daniel Vermillion, Michael Vermillion; Melethia A. Marshall Crusenberry, William Andrew Marshall, Christopher Paul Masoner, Lauren P. Masoner Colvin, Ashley B. Masoner; Great Grandchildren: Kate Madelyn Loynes & Connor Randal Loynes, Savannah L. Seay Beebe; one brother, Ronald Dean Webb and special friend, Joy Bocz.
