Funeral services for Linda June Allbritton will be held at 3:00 P.M., Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at Ouachita Baptist Church in West Monroe, Louisiana.  Officiating will be Dr. Mike Holloway and Rev. Waylon McCormick.  Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Calhoun, Louisiana, under the care and direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Homes, West Monroe. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe, Louisiana.  Visitation will also be held from 2:00 PM till time of service on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at the church.

Linda was born on June 29, 1948, in Monroe, Louisiana and passed away on August 17, 2024, at her home in Chatham, Louisiana.  She was a charter member of Ouachita Baptist Church and also had a love of teaching in the children’s ministry. Linda was known as “Aunt Buggy” to many.  She loved her L.S.U. Tigers as much as she loved Wendy’s chocolate frosty’s.  Linda was a selfless and compassionate person who had a strong understanding of other’s needs.  She was a thoughtful, generous, and warmhearted person, who will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Linda was preceded in death by her son, Dusty Allbritton; sister, Brenda Lambert; step-son, Rodney Allbritton; Ronda Sullivan; great-grandson, Trent Eyre; parents, R.L. and Earline Spillers; and brother, Robert Spillers.

Linda is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Ronnie Allbritton; sister, Diane Harris and her husband Teddy; and lifetime friend, Faye Bailey; nieces and nephews; and other cherished family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Steven Loftin, Ricky Waggoner, Jimmy Boyett, Rusty Walters, Brian Harris and Matt Jones.

Honorary pallbearers will be Danny Stuckey, Eddie Halbrook, Wayne Musslewhite, and Matt Mills.
