I met Linda because she was my sister's co-worker and friend. I admired her dedication to saving animals. She was a jewel. We seldom see such a good person as Linda Vaughn. She was a blessing to everyone who knew her and to our entire community. I miss her more than I could have imagined. Her presence in our town will be felt for many years. Her efforts to rescue helpless animals in need will inspire me for the rest of my life. On the few times I joined that group for lunch, she was always like a little shining light. I miss her light. We miss you, Linda. Rest In Peace. We'll see you again.
