Lettitia was born December 3, 1963 in West Monroe, LA and passed away March 11, 2020 in Monroe, LA. She is preceded in death by her father, Bo Jack Millican.

Lettitia is survived by her mother, Betty Jean Millican; brothers, Carson Lane Millican, Stephen Wayne Millican, Colin Ashley Millican, Anthony Shawn Davis, and Matthew Lyndon Watson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
