Graveside services for Leigh Anne Scott, of Sherwood, Arkansas will be held at 12:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Kilpatrick’s Serenity Gardens in West Monroe, Louisiana. Pastor Michael Wood and Brother Ricky Baker will officiate. A family visitation will be held prior to the service.
Leigh was born March 13, 1964 in West Monroe, LA and passed away January 23, 2021 following a lengthy illness. She grew up in and was baptized at First Baptist Church of West Monroe.
Leigh spent over 32 years as the Operations Manager with Monarch Dental Group in Little Rock, Arkansas and she truly loved her job. Leigh was blessed to work for a great company and many of her co-workers came to visit her during her illness. Dr. Richard Smith and his wife Jan and her co-workers Kris Hicks and Sabrina Standley were a huge blessing to Leigh and our family. She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Pittard.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Olivia Anne Scott of Sherwood, Arkansas; mother, Anne Pittard; brothers Michael Pittard and wife Maggie of Austin, Texas, David Pittard and wife Liliana of Keller, Texas, and Chris Pittard and wife Kristi of West Monroe, Louisiana; three nephews, Kade Pittard of West Monroe, Aidan Pittard, and Carter Pittard of Keller, Texas; niece, Claire Pittard of West Monroe, Louisiana and many other cherished family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude’s,The Jason Paul Cameron Foundation, P. O. Box 2474, West Monroe, LA 71294-2474 or the charity of your choice.
The family would like to thank the staff at Louisiana Hospice and Palliative Care for their outstanding care and love shown to Leigh during her illness.

I have fond memories of Leigh. My condolences to her family and extended family at Smile Brands (Monarch).

Leigh had such an impact my the lives of so many. She was so kind, genuine, and someone that you could count on! I recall many days in the late afternoon or evening, my phone would ring and it would be Leigh driving home. She would want to brainstorm on what could we do to make the lives of the offices and providers easier (that was her mission). I will miss our conversations, her southern accent and her overall positive attitude. Rest In Peace, my friend! You will he thought of often and missed unbelievably!

My deepest condolences and prayers go to Leigh Scott’s family... I had the pleasure of working with Leigh... She was an amazing, smart and kind person that was always willing to help others!!! RIP Leigh!!!

I worked with Leigh for almost 18 years at Monarch Dental. We had a lot of good times and great conversations together. I learned a lot from her. My prayers are with her family and Olivia who now have to carry on in this world without her and with her friends and coworkers as they try and navigate the workplace with a huge void. I pray for peace in knowing that she is in a much better place.

I had the absolute pleasure of knowing Leigh for 17 years. She was such a kind hearted person and it showed. Each time she would visit the corporate office or when we met at our annual leadership meeting I could feel that when she gave me a big hug. I will always remember her smile and positive energy. She will be truly missed!

Leigh left everyone she touched better for having known her. Her patience, warm heart and protective nature is a true example of the love and grace we should all aspire to embody. She was truly one of a kind and will be deeply missed.

Sweet Leigh, You have left such an impact of your work family, I can only imagine the impact you have left on your immediate family. They will all be in my thoughts and prayers. It was such a pleasure to work beside you for many years, although far apart, I enjoyed it when we got to work together. Rest in peace my friend.

It's truly remarkable the impacts other can leave. Leigh's kindness, compassion, dedication, and pure genuine nature will be one I never forget. For the brief amount of time I got to work closely with her, she was truly an inspiration with a wealth of knowledge. To her family, thank you for sharing her with the SBI family all those years. We were lucky to have her. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Leigh, I'll miss you and your sweet personality! You always look for the best in others and I'm so bummed that I've only known you for 3 brief years while being in the OMAC committee. But I appreciate all the memories I have with you! To Leigh's family and friends, I pray for peace that passes all understanding and healing as you grieve the lost of your love one. It was an honor and a privilege for me to work with Leigh for 13+ years at Smile Brands. She was one of the first directors of market operations that I met, and I loved it when I would look at my phone’s caller ID and see the name Leigh Scott. I pray that the Source of Peace will give her family and friends comfort at this time.

I will always remember Leigh's kindness and dedication. She will be greatly missed and my thoughts and prayers are with her and her family.

I will remember Leigh for her style, professionalism and respect for others. I keep a voicemail from her on my phone as a reminder of that great Southern accent. My sincere condolences to her family. Know that she is remembered fondly and she will live on in the hearts and minds of all those blessed to know her.
