Lance was born January 1, 1983 in West Monroe, LA and passed away September 13, 2020 in Forsyth, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his Mamaw Faye, Papaw Clifford, Micah Crowell, Wendell Bouwel. Lance loved to fish, play pool and was an avid LSU Fan.
Lance is survived by his son, Julian Popovic and Julian’s mother, Tracie Hill; daughter, MaKinley Crutchfield; step-son Kameron Givens; mother, Karla Perry and husband Mike;2 sisters, Lana Sedgwick and husband Matthew and Cricket Steadman and husband David; 2 brothers, Mike Perry and wife Skyla and Kevin Perry and wife Lindsey; nieces, Hailey, Emma and Hannah; nephews, Logan, Lawson, Owen and Ethan; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of close friends.
Pallbearers will be Jared Crowell, Kevin Perry, Mike Perry Jr., Jeremy Jones, Stephen Bouwel and Zach Godwin.
