Funeral services for Kay Hendry, 68, will be held at 4:00 P.M., Sunday, October 6, 2024, at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe, Louisiana.  Rev. Skip Dean will officiate.  Visitation will be held prior to service from 3:30 P.M. to 4:00 P.M., at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe.  Services are under the care and direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Homes, West Monroe.

Kay Hendry was born on September 20, 1956 and passed away on October 2, 2024, in West Monroe, Louisiana.   Kay was a mother, grandmother, sister, and dear friend to all who knew here.  She retired as an insurance claims representative.  Kay was also a member of Highland Baptist Church.  She is preceded in death by her mother, Annie Creed; father, Henry Creed, Jr.; aunt, Ferris Alford; and uncles, Walter Creed and Marvin Creed.

Kay is survived by her son, Jason Hendry; grandson, Dawson Shane Hendry; sisters, Tina Andrus, Anita Elliott; and brother, Robert Gooden; along with extended family and friends.
