Funeral services for Kathryn Stennett Walters, 74, will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, April 18, 2025 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe. Rev. Danny McIlveene will officiate.  Interment will follow at Center Point Baptist Church Cemetery under the care and direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Homes, West Monroe.  A visitation will be held at 10:00 A.M. until the time of service, Friday, April 18, 2025.

Kathy was born on January 8, 1951 in Monroe and passed away on April 16, 2025 at her residence in West Monroe.  She was a member of Community Baptist Church and a retired daycare worker.  Kathy is preceded in death by her daughter, Jennifer Walters; parents, Oby and Doris Stennett; sister, Melba Clark; brother, Mike Stennett; and nephew, Tony Stennett.

Kathy is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, John E. Walters; son, John R. Walters and wife Jessica; sister, Joan McElroy and husband Terry; numerous nieces and nephews; along with other extended family and friends.

Serving as pallbearers will be Christian Woodard, Gary Smith, Terry McElroy, Dylan Bagwell, Jonah Wall and Rick Crockett.
