Our beautiful, joy filled Kathy, went to be with her Lord and Savior, on December 12, 2022, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born August 27, 1963 in West Monroe, LA.One of Kathy’s greatest accomplishments was her love of her family and friends. Whenever anyone needed help, she was the first one there. She was a devoted daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Kathy’s laughter was contagious. Her smile broke down barriers. Although we will miss her profoundly, we know she is pain free with her Lord and Savior.
Kathy was preceded in death by her dad, Armond Wininger; grandmothers Letha Patrick and Mary Sykes; uncle Calvin Wininger. She was employed by Farmerville Elementary and previously worked at Wal-Mart in Farmerville.She leaves to cherish her memory, mother Dorothy Wininger wife of Roy Ross, Jr. of Bernice; sisters Deborah Jordan and her friend Charlie Toney and Karen Diane Adkins; brothers David W. Wininger, Jeffrey D. Wininger and wife Virginia; numerous nieces and nephews and her lifelong friend Ora Lee Magee.
Private family service will be held.
