A funeral gathering for Katherine Hutson, 64, of West Monroe will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., Friday, February 25, 2022 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home ~ West Monroe.
Katherine was born on March 21, 1957 in Monroe, Louisiana and passed away on February 18, 2022 in West Monroe, Louisiana. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Mark Hutson and Joe Gassiot; parents, James H. Evans and Ruby Hall Evans; sisters, Elizabeth Blake, Sheila Weinwright; brother, Bo Evans.
Katherine is survived by her daughter, Ruby Frazier and husband Michael; granddaughter, Rose “Ash” Roppolo; sisters, Linda Barton, Doris Lofton and husband Mike; brother, Marshall Evans and wife Donna; nephews, Brian Primm Jr. and Daniel Barton; niece, Brandi Primm and husband Brian; special friends, Ken Ryder, Pennye Davis, Brenda Garrett, Crystal Garrett, and Betty Thompson; special pet, Snowball and many other cherished family and friends. The family would like to give a special thank you to Heart of Hospice; nurse, Mandy Bryon; hospice aide, Latasha Martin, and social workers, Mrs. Maggie May and Mrs. Lea.
Pallbearers will be Brian Primm, Brian Primm Jr., Jeremy Lightsey, Bobby Avery, and Daniel Barton.
