DAVID JOHNSTON left a message on July 6, 2017:
my name is David Johnston: I was June's asst. coach on the Dixie youth team that went to the World Series. I learned a great amount form June on not only baseball but how to handle young kids. Our league coaches wanted June to pick someone else as his asst., but he picked me. I will forever be greatfull to June for this. June was a great friend to everyone. We had some great on the baseball field.Due to the things I learned from June I was able to win the league the next year. After a game that we beat June's team, he came over to me and said. Maybe I taught you to much last year. Then he said he was very proud of me.that was June. I am very thankful that I was able to know June .DAVID L. "CHUBBY" JOHNSTON
