Julia Diane Sears Bass, 62, Monroe, Louisiana, passed away May 30, 2024, at home surrounded by loved ones. She was born June 13, 1961, in Columbia, Louisiana. Julia was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Bass; mother, Myrtle Sears; father, David Sears; sister, Dorothy Lindsey; brothers, Jimmy Sears, David Dewayne Sears, Robert Sears, and David Ezekiel Sears, Jr.
Julia is survived by daughters; Jana Cook, Toney Blackburn and her husband Brian; step-daughter, Melissa Bingham and her husband Jason; step-sons, Tadd Bass and his wife Shelley, Robert Bass and his wife Jamee; grandson, Kenneth James Cook; nieces, Doris Cruz, Becky Sears, Jennifer Montgomery; brother, John Sears; and numerous other grandchildren that she loved very much, as well as great-nieces and great-nephews. She loved her animals as well.
