Funeral services for Judy Dianne McVay Dubuisson, age 62 and a retired teacher, will be held Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Homes of West Monroe. Visitation will be 1:00 P.M until service time. Officiating will be Bro. E. L. Sharpe and Bro. Waymon Warren. Interment will follow in Newton Cemetery in Delhi, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe.Judy was born in Bastrop, LA and passed away in Monroe, LA. She was a member of Willow Bayou Baptist Church in Tallulah, LA and attended Fair Park Baptist Church in West Monroe, LA.She was preceded in death by her parents, Grant and Edna Hosea McVay; a sister, Patricia Ellen McVay; nieces and nephews.Judy is survived by her son, Stephen “Joe” Roszelle, Jr. and his wife, Regina; grandson, Michael Allen Smith and his wife, Rachel; granddaughter, Chassity Roszelle; great granddaughters, Savanna Marie Smith, Isabella Rose Smith and Christa Grace Smith; sisters, Gwen Royal and her husband Robert, Betty Bryan, Peggy Sawyer and her husband Ed, Cathy Parker and her husband Martin; brothers, Ralph McVay and his wife Janis, Danny McVay and his wife Carolyn.

My memories of Judy were mostly about laughter she did so much silly stuff to make you laugh.Even in the end she was trying to make Chassity Regina and Joey laugh.She will probably be a comedian in heaven .Im so glad i got to send my message to her of Im praying and I still love her.im sending my sincere condolences to all who loved Judy.

Im so sorry for the loss of Judy.Her and I laughed alot in our time we spent together as family.And we've even cried together I have lots of very good memories with Judy.I want to send my sincere condolences to Joey,Regina,& Chassity plus all of Judy's family.The way it sounded to me Judy's farewell message to Chassity and Joey and Regina was she was still trying to cut up and make them laugh.That is a true definition of Judy always clowning around.I couldn't be there to say good bye but i did ask Regina to tell her I was praying for her and that I still loved her.Its truly sad for all she's left behid but She is so Happy how could she not be ,for she is with the Lord.Rest in Peace Judy until we meet again
