Mrs. Judy Crawford Kilpatrick Funeral Home Ruston, LA Funeral services for Mrs. Judy Crawford, 66, of Dubach, will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, May 18, 2012, at First Baptist Church Dubach. Rev. Terry Ganey, Dr. Connie Ward, Rev. Barry Joyner, and Rev. Todd Free will be officiating. Interment will follow at Colvin Memorial Cemetery in Unionville under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston. Mrs. Crawford was born February 10, 1946, in Ruston to parents Preston and Corrie Lee Telford, and passed away May 15, 2012, in Ruston. Mrs. Crawford was a retired Lincoln Parish school teacher of 25 years. More than 20 years of her teaching was at Hico Elementary in Hico. She was an active member of First Baptist Church Dubach where she served as Sunday School teacher and Women's Ministry volunteer among many other responsibilities. Mrs. Crawford is preceded in death by her father Preston Telford and brother John Bruce Telford. Judy is survived by husband J.D. Crawford of Dubach, and sons Brian Crawford and wife Elizabeth of Tallahassee, FL, and Brent Crawford and wife Lindsey of Dubach; grandsons Garrett Crawford, Aaron Crawford, William Crawford, Wade Crawford, Eli Crawford and granddaughter Faith Crawford; mother Corrie Lee Telford of Ruston; brother Jim Telford of Ruston; three nephews and one niece; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Pallbearers will be Garrett Crawford, Aaron Crawford, Chris Rea, Ty Bryant, Jerry Doss, and Chad Everett. Honorary pallbearers will be Wade Crawford, Eli Crawford, and William Crawford. Visitation will be at First Baptist Church Dubach, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Friday, May 18, 2012, two hours prior to service.
