John McKay played such an important part in the life of my family and will be greatly missed by all of us. He and Dana were second parents to my children and to this day is still greatly loved by them. He was so much more than a salesman for tool house! He was a salesman for God! Everyone that knew John was going to hear about his Savior. I don't know but God knows how many hours he and Dana worked in His name. The world will greatly miss having John McKay in it and I will as well. I loved you John, and so did Mike, Laurie and Chase. We will all smile when we think of you because we know where you are and that we will see you again someday. Rest in peace my friend!

I was one of the dialysis nurses who worked with Mr. McKay within the last two weeks of his life and I will treasure the conversation we had describing his home ministry to ULM students. What an impact he and his wife have had by simply opening up their home, feeding (always hungry) college students and sharing the Gospel. Doesn't get better than that! My heartfelt condolences to the McKay family. I know you are struggling with this loss but be comforted that he had truly run the race and completed the course of his life. God bless you and comfort you and give you peace!

Earth lost a husband, father, and grandfather but Heaven gained a saint. Kim so sorry for your loss but your husband and father are catching up on you. Always remember the good times and realize earth is short but Heaven is for eternity. May God bless all 3 of you. Love Ronnie, Jean.
