Funeral services for Jo Ann Hinton, 91, of West Monroe will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, June 24, 2022 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Rev. Eugene Brown will be officiating assisted by Kenny Guillot. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until service time at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Interment will follow at Hasley Cemetery.
Jo was preceded in death by her parents Raymond E. Estep and Daisy Lee Estep; son Edward “Alan” Hinton; siblings; Jackie Turnage, Raymond Estep, Jr., Edward E. Estep and Lynda Faye Nugent. She loved her Lord, her family and friends. Jo Ann’s hobbies were cooking and eating fried fish.
Jo is survived by her children Terry Lynn Lewis and husband Jim, Ronald Lane Freeman and wife Georgia, John Michael Freeman and Raymond “Kent” Hinton and wife Wendy; 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
The family would like to thank Jasmine, a special aid with Heart of Hospice and Reagan an intern with Heart of Hospice and Jaylee, an intern with Heart of Hospice.
