Mr. Jesse J. Hicks 93, of Farmerville, LA., passed away on April 4, 2020 in Farmerville, LA. Private Graveside services will be held at Liberty Hill Taylor Cemetery in Farmerville, LA with Rev. Aleck Nyegaard officiating under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Farmerville, LA.

He was born on September 17, 1926, in Farmerville, LA.  He was preceded in death by his wife Elinor Hicks.  Mr. Hicks served our country in the United States Army and was a veteran of WWII.

He is survived by his son, Leonard Hicks and wife Lora of Magnolia, AR; two grandsons: Ryan Hicks and wife Maribeth, Andrew Hicks and wife Bevin, three great-grandchildren: Stowie Richmond, Sutton Hicks, and Kiersey Kate Hicks; and brother, Zane Hicks of Farmerville, LA, with numerous nieces and nephews, and special caregivers Cheryl Ferguson and Ruby Nyegaard.
