My oldest sister, Roberta Gilmore, and Janice's mother, Lea, were best friends. That's how I came to know Janice when we were young girls. Her brother, Jim, was my first date at age 15. Wow! How time flies. Janice was a very sweet and thoughtful person and I always enjoyed running into her at the school board and in town. I will miss her and her beautiful smile. RIP my friend.
