Janet Elizabeth Oglesbee Joseph entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at the age of 57 in New Orleans, LA. She was employed by Southern Orthopedic Clinic for the past nine years. She was preceded in death by her father, Wendell L. Oglesbee, Sr. and her sister, Carol Oglesbee Boals. She was a devoted partner in life, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, mother-in-law, and friend. She leaves to cherish her memories her partner in life, Louis Heinsz, Sr.; her sons and daughter in law; William Shane Somerville, Jr. (Lorrie) and Jeffrey Scott Somerville; her grandchildren; Zackary, Cortland and Alyssa Somerville; her mother, Geraldine Oglesbee Folds; her sister, Cindy Oglesbee Wilkinson; her brother, Wendell L. Oglesbee, Jr.; in addition to Louis “Rocky Heinsz, Jr. (Sandy), Michelle “Mimi” Heinsz Monk (Ronnie), Marissa, Brienna, Felicia, Joshua, a niece, numerous nephews, cousins and friends. She was loved deeply by all who knew her. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Visitation held at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Dr. in Metairie, LA on Friday, June 26, 2015 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM.Online condolences may be offered at www.gardenofmemoriesmetairie.comA Visitation will also be held at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, 1321 N. 7th St. in West Monroe, LA on Sunday, June 28, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM and again on Monday, June 29, 2015 from 12:00 PM till 2:00 PM with service starting at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow in Old Bethel Cemetery in Chatham, LA.
