James Logan Greenwood Kilpatrick Funeral Home Farmerville, LA Funeral services for James Logan Greenwood 21, of Ruston, LA., will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 6, 2013 at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church of Downsville, LA with Rev. Jarrod Bearden officiating. Interment will be held at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church Cemetery in Downsville, LA, after cremation at a later date under direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Farmerville. James Logan Greenwood was born on May 21, 1991 in Homer, LA., and passed away on April 1, 2013 in Ruston, LA. He was a member of Mt Ararat Baptist Church. His passion was hunting, fishing, and his family. He took pride in his job as a pipeline mandrel hand. He is survived his father, James C. Greenwood of Ruston, LA; mother, Jennifer Futch Wilson of Coolidge, Arizona; sisters, Jessica Greenwood Stroud of Montgomery, LA; Lindsey Lynnise Greenwood of Ruston, LA; step-father, Steve Wilson of Coolidge, Arizona; grandparents, Edgar and Yvette Greenwood of Haughton, LA; grandmother, Janet Bearden of Downsville, LA; grandfather, Junior Bearden of Downsville, LA; nephew, Brayden Guilliams of Montgomery, LA; brother-in-law, Cory Stroud of Montgomery, LA; aunt, Amy Bearden of Downsville, LA; uncles, Jamie Bearden of Downsville, LA; Jarrod Bearden of Downsville, LA; and David Futch of Downsville, LA; Chris Bearden of Sterling City, TX; Bernard Lebel of Arcadia, LA; step-sister, Alex Wilson of Coolidge, Arizona; and step-brother, Brent Wilson of Coolidge, Arizona; and many cousins. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 5, 2013, from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Farmerville, LA. Pallbearers will be Madison Averette, Matt Smith, Jamie Bearden, David Futch, Michael Dalton, and Caleb Boyd. Honorary Pallbearers will be Cory Stroud and Brayden Guilliams. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 5, 2013, from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Farmerville, LA.
