JD was a special kind of friend and his passing was a shock to me. I have been out of town, and missed the News Star posting. I just learned of his passing yesterday. He and I made many auctions together, sometimes we let Johnny Carl Parkerson ride with us. The auction business never had a better friend, and likely never will again.I wonder if God will have auctions on Saturday night? If so JD will be there.RIP old friend, you have earned it.Jerry Womack

I have lots of memories of Uncle James. As a child I can remember feeding his horse, Little Fella. Of course, Little Fella was his child just like all of the dogs he has had as companions over the years. Uncle James is in heaven with my father Dan and Auntie Jack and I'm sure they're sharing some stories!
