Mr. Jackson "Jack" Earl Rodden Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA Run Date: Sunday, November 26, 2006 Funeral services for Mr. Jackson "Jack" Earl Rodden, 61, of Choudrant, La., will be Monday, November 27, 2006, at 2:00 PM in the chapel of the Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe with Rev. Mike Thompson officiating. Interment will follow in the Cartwright Cemetery in Cartwright, LA under the direction of the Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe. Mr. Rodden was born August 13, 1945, in Delhi, La. and passed away November 23, 2006, in West Monroe. Mr. Rodden was retired from I.B.E.W. as a Journey Lineman. And a member of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. Survivors include his wife Ethel Rodden, mother-in-law, Maude Pittman, daughter Traci McGowen, son Jack O. Rodden, son-in-law, Gary McGowen, daughter-in-law, Laura Rodden, granddaughters Savannah Rodden, Lakon McGowen, Kayla McGowen, grandsons Waylon McGowen, and Hayden McGowen, all of Choudrant, La. and a host of nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his faithful dog and companion "Bear." Jack was a man of his word. When Jack said something you knew he meant it. He was strong in his convictions and a person knew where they stood with him. Everyone who know him will miss him greatly. Pallbearers will be Chris Hodge, Vincent Hodge, Vernon Hodge, Keith Hodge, James Livingston, and Dean Pittman.
