I first met J.C. when I was maybe 5 years old.I didn't know it at the time, but J.C. was to have a positive impact on my life.Like many young tech students that worked for J.C. through the years, I was blessed to spend many an hour riding in his old pickup from job to job, drinking cold drinks at the P.O Cafe J.C. always drank black coffee, regardless of the time of day. The memories I have of him sitting at the table running calculations on his HP calculator telling wonderful stories and hilarious jokes are priceless to me now. J.C.appreciated the art of fellowship as well as hard work- a rare mix today. He taught me so much- not just about surveying, about life and what is important:God, family, community. He shared his faith daily with all of us in so many ways. I loved this man and know without doubt where J.C. is surveying today and forever. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Ms. Millie,Kathy, Jay.With deep respect and wonderful memories.

So sorry to hear of Jim's passing. He helped me out with our WAGNON Genealogy. I still have his e-mail from Dec 31, 1997 where he told abt his midwife birth when his parents were visiting relatives in Morgan County, GA. Now he can catch up on all the Wagnons in Heaven. God bless you Millie, Kathy & Jay, our prayers are with you.

I still do business with Davison Transport, Farmerville Hwy, Hwy 33 in Ruston. When I was a Sr. at Louisiana Tech I worked for Mr. Wagnon. Jay was in high school or Jr. high. Mr. Wagnon took special time to care for me to teach me the art of surveying. We surveyed out the very property that Davison is sitting on today. Mrs. Millie was always sweet. I am sorry for your loss and grateful to have known him. Raymond
