Gracie Sanders was born December 14, 1939 in Sikes, LA and passed away May 4, 2020 in West Monroe.
Gracie was a member of Pleasant Hill Church and a devoted Christian who is happy to be with her Savior. She loved to crochet and had an adventurous heart. Gracie never met a stranger and had room in her heart and home for all.
Gracie is survived by her husband of 59 years, Jarrell Sanders; son, Curtis Sanders and wife Lucy Parrott Sanders; daughters, Mary Sanders Carkeet and husband Brian, Vickie Sanders Burlew and husband John; grandchildren, Jacob Carkeet, Lauren Carkeet; great-granddaughter, Liliana Carkeet.
Due to climate of caution memorial services for Gracie will be held at a later date at her home church- Pleasant Hill Church.
