Mr. Rogers was born September 13, 1940 in Pine Bluff Arkansas, and passed away Monday, November 18, 2013. He is preceded in death by his first wife: Angie Rogers. Mr. Rogers was employed by the Ruston Police Department for 11 years, and is survived by wife: Sylvia Rogers; daughters: Sue Rogers Dollar of Huntsville, AL and Sandra Rogers Freeman of Dubach, LA; brothers: Charles Rogers and Rex Rogers both of Texas; 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
