Gary Louis Huckabay, 86, was born in Monroe, LA on December 24, 1937 to Hill and Janie Huckabay. He passed away in Monroe, LA on August 29, 2024.

Gary was a retired CPA and a member of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Monroe, LA. He served his country as a proud member of the United States Army. Gary was an avid golfer and loved to snow ski.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Ginger Huckabay; his children, Gary Huckabay, Jr.(Martha) and Leslie Huckabay (John); grandchildren, Chelsea, Mackenzi, Tiffany, Shane and Dawson; great-grandchildren, Harper Grace, Renlee, and Banks; step-sons, Freddie McMullen (Joanna) and Mike McMullen (Kristi); step-grandchildren, Anna (J.d.) and Mary; step great-grandson, Max.

Gary’s life will be celebrated at a private family gathering with Bill Thrasher officiating.
