Funeral services for Freddy Lovelady, 75, of West Monroe, will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, October 29, 2014 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Rev. Jerry Crise, Rev. Bo Horne and Pastor Nancy Owens will officiate. Interment will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery West Monroe, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.Mr. Lovelady was born June 15, 1939 in West Monroe, LA and passed away October 25, 2014 in West Monroe. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Musette Lovelady, a brother, Bobby Lovelady and an infant brother. Mr. Lovelady was a charter member of Woodlawn Methodist Church and also a member of West Ouachita Senior Center. He loved Bluegrass and Christian Music. He was a die-hard West Monroe Rebel and Saints fan. Freddy was employed by several supermarkets throughout the years in Ouachita Parish.Freddy is survived by 2 sisters, Evelyn Bush and Beverly Morehead; 7 nieces and nephews, numerous great nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.Pallbearers will be Randy Bush, Kyle Powell, Tommy Morehead, Jeffrey Morehead, Johnny Hankins and Travis Barrett.Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 28, 2014 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
