Fred Alton Gordon

A memorial service for Fred Alton Gordon, 71, of Calhoun will be held on Friday, December 2, 2022 at 5:00 PM in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe with Rev. Ron Charrier officiating. Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM until 5:00 PM.
Fred Gordon was born November 1, 1951 and passed away peacefully at home on November 29, 2022. Fred was a retired mechanic and an avid outdoorsman.
Fred is preceded in death by his parents, Fred J. Gordon and Lois Marie Gordon; granddaughter Audrey Leigh Gordon; mother and father-in-law Earl Gould and Audrey Gould; 2 sisters-in-law Rena Capps and Julie Ferguson Gould and nephew Zachary Tyler Warner; 1 sister Marie Cunningham.
Fred is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Laura Gordon; sons Fred Earl Jackson (E.J.) and wife Chynna, Charles Lorin Gordon and wife Bobbi; daughter Laura Beth Hurd / husband D.J. and family; his 2 adopted sons Elijah James Gordon and Malachi Austin Gordon; grandchildren; Madalyn Grayce Gordon, Trace Axle Gordon, Tasia McKee, Halle’ Rae Bell, Cody Fleming, Jackson Dale Gordon, Hunter Lane Gordon, Klayton Jase Alton Gordon; 2 great-grandsons; sister Essie Askin; brother Paul and Lynda Gordon and family; sister-in-law Kate Gould; numerous nieces and nephews.
